“But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, ‘God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble'”. James 4:6

Lord, you have given us the greatest example in humility when you left your throne in heaven to enter our world as a tiny baby in a manger. May my husband be a man who seeks to become less so you can become greater. Give him a heart that is not proud and that doesn’t seek to boast but instead seeks to lift others up and ultimately lift you up. Reward his humility with your abundant grace In Jesus’ name, Amen.
