Praying for Your Husband 30 Day Challenge

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” – John 14:27

Dear Lord,
You are the God of peace—never of chaos or confusion. In Your presence there is no stress, no overwhelm, only rest and assurance. I ask that You cover my husband with Your peace today. Clear his path of distractions, anxiety, and anything that pulls him away from Your purpose for him. May he not seek temporary escapes or unhealthy numbing, but instead, run to You—his refuge and strength. Use me, Lord, as his wife, to be a safe haven where he can share openly, without fear or pressure. Help us both to stay aligned with Your will and to carry burdens together with Your help. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

If your husband is feeling the weight of stress, he’s not alone. Nearly 4 in 10 Americans are living under extreme stress, and the lingering effects of 2020 pushed that number even higher. For many, this stress still feels overwhelming.

But as believers, we’re not called to settle for stress—we’re called to be set apart.

Even in chaos, we have access to a peace the world cannot give. Let your life be a reflection of that peace that your husband can cling to.

You don’t have to walk through this alone, and stress doesn’t have to be his story.
