Lord, thank you for all the ways you have provided for our family. Thank you for being a God who is present in the plenty and in the lack. I ask that you bless the work of my husband and make it fruitful. Give him the ability to make hard decisions, to work humbly, and to always remember that his job is in service to you. Allow him to receive a job well done while also rightfully giving you the glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Just as a wife, whether you work at home or out in the world, you want to be seen and acknowledged for your efforts, your husband is no different. Perhaps today is a good day to let him know he is seen and appreciated for his work. Why not add some tangible appreciation to his day after your time of prayer.
