If you or your spouse is trapped in the grip of anxiety, don’t miss the truths from this episode. Anxiety is very real, but God is with you in it and has already provided a way out. Your spouse can be one of your best advocates or you can be one of the best for them. And ultimately, there are practical steps and available resources that you can combine with the truth of God’s word to be fully set free.

Anxiety will always be something we have to deal with as we live in this fallen world, but it doesn’t have to be something that controls us or keeps us from moving forward in complete freedom.

Don’t believe the lies anxiety tells you. It’s not as big as it says it is. You can move forward together and with God and live the abundant life you were made to live.
